At Bioflaunt, we take great care in crafting and packaging our homemade haircare products. Due to the nature of our artisanal products, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns and refunds are only offered for products that arrive damaged.
- To be eligible for a claim, you must provide a 360-degree parcel opening video. This video is mandatory to verify the condition of the package and its contents.
Timeframe
- All claims for damaged products must be submitted within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving your order.
How to Claim
If you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately at support@bioflaunt.com with your order details and the mandatory unboxing video. Once verified, we will process your refund or replacement.
